Don't get your hopes up! When researching companies to pressure wash and stain my deck, I read Alain's reviews and thought this was the right company to go with. When he came by and quoted the job, I felt reassured that I was making a good decision. But after signing his estimate, Alain never showed up. It was during COVID and an odd time so I let it go and reached back out to him the next summer. Alain came by again and updated his quote - increasing the price by ~50%. Again, it was COVID and labor and supplies were expensive. No problem, let's get it done. He dodged me for the summer as he was overloaded and it never got done. Again, because of his reviews and demeanor, I decided to give him one last shot: he quoted the deck twice... I've already run around - twice - getting the samples he recommended... all he needs to do is show up and knock it out. So, Alain comes by for a third time to refresh his memory of the project, we pick dates, and we're good to go. I go and get more samples and write to let him to let him know we're good kick off the project. Everyone knows where this is going now. Third summer, third time he bails. Yes, shame on me for sticking with him. But shame on Alain for waisting a bunch of my time 3 summers and counting. read more

Alain has pressure washed at our house before so he was the guy to go to when I had a build up of algae and moss on my sidewalk, driveway and front patio and surrounding brickwork. We actually paid Alain MORE than he asked for because our house looked brand new when he and his assistant finished power washing! Now really? Have you ever given MORE to a business person than what they were asking? Sounds crazy, I know, but we were absolutely amazed and pleased with Alain's! Alain is a dynamo and was prompt and set up and ready to go a bit before "start time." They have everything for cleaning in a fully stocked truck. Alain knows how to clean different surfaces safely and with absolutely perfect results! Our house was still yellow with pollen with a lot of green from this summer's horrible algae attack! Now, we have our lovely WHITE house back! The windows are shining and no specks of anything are left on them, upstairs or downstairs. The last company we used had to come back and clean thirteen sun porch windows by hand they were such a mess! And they left a mess on the roof above the sun porch. Alain cleaned the roof area and the sky light to perfection. Alain is very personable, listens to your concerns and works harder than any human being I have ever seen work! His assistant is also a dynamo. I looked out on the deck at one time and the assistant was cleaning the vinyl barbecue cover, thank you very much! It was all the extras just DONE and not even being asked to be done that impressed us the most. We also have a rock walkway and several of the slabs were slippery from algae. Cleaned like new. The rock steps to the front door were just dirty mostly, but they also look as good as when they were first installed. Do I need to go on about how pleased, pleased, pleased we are? I could. We found Alain through Angie's List and he has won several awards from them. Also, his BBB rating is perfect. He is insured and bonded and licensed. His prices are, well, we thought toooo low.
