I worked with Johnny and was very happy with the service. I hate working with contractors / service providers because the communication is terrible and they have tried to change pricing on me after work has been completed. Thankfully that was the exact opposite of my experience here. I went through Yelp's project service and Solis was the only one to thoroughly communicate what was included in the gutter cleaning along with the price. Everyone else only listed the price or wanted you to call them. (Typically they want to put you in their system and blow up your phone with texts and calls.) He followed up with the insurance. I was easily able to schedule shortly after. He notified me when he was on his way, arrived on time with his partner, and explained again what was part of the service. He took pictures of the roof and also gave great recommendations on what I needed to do next for the roof. Great communication and work. I plan to work with him in the future. read more

I had my gutter cleaned. They had to cancel once and the communication was lacking there. Once I gave them my cell phone number the communication was much better. They arrived when they said they would and did great work. I will use them again. Be sure to give them your number. Your customer service will be much better once they have it. read more

I made an appointment with Solis Service Solution to have my gutters cleaned and steps/sidewalk power washed. He gave me an estimate, we set up a time and on the day of service they were a NO SHOW. They did't call to cancel...they just didn't show up. This says a lot about their business...on the positive side, perhaps I dodged a bullet. read more
