My blood pressure was elevated both times. My most recent visit, she also took my bp over my hoodie sleeve and the first thing she says is, "You're going to need to get on meds." What "nurse" isn't aware of how blood pressure work? I just walked blocks, you didn't let me sit, you're talking to me, the cuff isn't on my arm it's on a sweater and you think my readings wouldn't be elevated? Also, how can 1 or 2 readings determine medication? Giving unsolicited medical advice to a stranger whose medical history you know nothing about is condescending. She could've simply said your reading is high, follow up with your doctor. On another note, the clinic is clean, beautiful, comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly. The first time I felt like the IV helped me a lot. This last time I didn't feel any benefits.
