A few days after my review, Landon from Seegars reached out to me directly with an apology for how everything had been handled, and an offer to make things right. They agreed to my request for a partial discount (I had originally paid everything in full to be done with the account, but they offered to refund me the amount I was asking for, which I felt was fair), and they told me they would send one of their most experienced crews to my home to completely replace the gate and ensure it was up to standard. I agreed and within 3 weeks, I received a call from one of the owners who wanted to personally apologize for everything. He mentioned that they've made internal changes and assured me that future clients shouldn't run into the same troubles I did. The replacement gate was properly installed in a few hours, and the panels now align and the gates hang square, which is the exactly quality standards I expected from the start.
