I tried to explain this to the that it was very misleading. told me she was not renting to me. then come to find out they didn't even have any vehicles for my reservation, so I'm two hours away from where I need to go the reservation that I had prior doesn't have my car in the lady was very rude at the counter told me there was basically nothing she could do and started helping the person behind me. Meanwhile, the person behind me was dropping off a vehicle along with the older woman that I let go in front of me when I first arrived was also dropping off a vehicle. but I was told there was no for my reservation being away from where I to go and the lady very rudely telling me she basically can't help me. needless to say this was very poor customer service. I didn't receive any notification that they didn't have a car for my reservation. They should not be accepting reservations online if they don't have the amount of cars to satisfy the reservations. needless to say, I will never use this car again. And advise anyone to look else where other the. ENTERPRISE or NATIONAL . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES

Incompetent, unfriendly lady at the desk. No hello or whatsoever. After asking for my lastname she…read morenoticed she had given away the car that we had reserved (and already paid for), so she complains that we should have been there at 1 instead of 4. I don't get it. Just let the car sit in the lot until the customer who had already paid for the car shows up.. Anyway, she provided us with an "upgrade" to a midsize-SUV, which really is not an upgrade from a regular fullsize-car because the SUV really is just basic, no extras like temperature control A/C, bluetooth, etc., which all the fullsize-cars that I had before had. As we have a German license, she had to look it up in a book to make sure it is valid -- that is ok. However, if I had not told her it was German, she probably would have looked through the entire book. A little more talking and a little friendliness would definitely help! To sum it up: we are not satisfied with the car and with the way we were treated. Bluetooth might seem like an extra you do not need, but for us it is very convenient to connect our smartphone so that we get all the instructions from the GPS, which we do not now because the Alamo employee did not know what she was doing..

I wasn't too sure if they were going to confirm, so I have them a call the morning of my flight. One of the employees answered very nicely and reminded of my pickup location and the time. They accept both cash and card. Aaron was waiting for me 5-minutes prior to my reservation time in the lobby of my hotel. He was very friendly and took care of my bags. He was a very cautious driver and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire drive. They're located right in the lobby of the airport, near the car-rental centers. Very convenient!

Reserved a truck the day after Christmas. Got a call right before we were supposed to pick it up…read morethat they don't actually have a truck for us. Waited 2 days to finally get it only for it to smell like someone spent a week in it smoking cigarettes one after the other with the windows rolled up. I used 1 WHOLE can of febreze, half a can of lysol, and wiped it down including vents (it was also dirty!!!) and that didn't even touch the smell. It was so bad I was getting migraines after spending 15-20 minutes in the truck. We kept the truck for 2 days because they didn't have anything else available until I couldn't stand the smell and had to exchange it for something else. What we ended up with is too small for my family to ride in together which was OK for a couple days but we seriously need something bigger!!! Getting something that will accommodate us has become a nightmare!!! I honestly don't understand how this company stays in business operating this way. It's CRAZY!!!!

Don't like being lied to! When I got back, I explained my situation to yet another csr who assured me I would get a phone call from a manager...... 4 days later, no phone call.

Contacted customer service and they were rude so I asked to speak to a supervisor and they left me on hold for 20 minutes. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! Go Uhaul if you need a moving truck!!
