I may or may not have fallen in love with every glass. My friend, who lives on the dry side (of wine, not personality), tried a couple white dry options and gave an approving nod to a couple sips. Huge shoutout to Eve, who crafted our charcuterie board that we're still wondering about this one item on the board -- looked like green olives, but definitely weren't -- and they were weirdly amazing. We forgot to ask what they were, so now it's a delicious mystery that haunts us in the best way. All in all, lovely vibes, goo wine, and a mysterious snack that may have unlocked a new flavor dimension. 10/10 would sip again

A large group of us overwhelmed this cute downtown tasting room and the staff stepped right up. You could tell they were used to getting rushed with groups as they gracefully handled us. Most of us did wine flights. Their presentation was really cool. For $15, we got 6 generous pours in mini-wine glasses set in a vertical wine-tree. So cool. I've found most wines in this area to be on the sweeter side. A bit too sweet for my taste. Yet, there were 3 wines (Choctaw Avenue, Whisper and Something to Talk About) we tasted here that we really enjoyed and we bought bottle of some of them. They also have a huge selection of wine and lifestyle related gifts and items in their store. The owner and staff were delightful. Check this place out when you're near McAlester, OK.

I saw a video on Tik Tok by a well known hair salon owner in Dallas recommending him - LEGIT! Our hand-selected menu: - Prime Grade 16 oz Ribeye - American Wagyu 20 oz - Caesar salad (requested no anchovies but he usually adds them) - Brussels and crispy pork belly - Mushroom risotto - Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese - Herbed fresh green beans - Chocolate whiskey cake He will take custom food orders as well (even fresh seafood!). I cannot explain how EVERY bite of every item had incredible flavor. Delicious is an understatement. Chef Phil cooked, cleaned (counter/stove tops, took out the trash, loaded and started dishwasher), and provided nice to-go containers for leftovers. He did everything within 2 hours of arrival for two of us. The leftovers the next day were just as flavorful as freshly served! Reserve your date WELL in advance as his schedule stays full. Is it affordable? YES! I paid Chef Phil the same amount as going to a 5 star steak restaurant in Tulsa or Dallas and that included his time/travel (he should charge more!). The food was 5 star quality as well; actually, better! Besides being an amazing cook, Chef Phil is a kind, personable guy. It was a pleasure having him in our cabin, and we will use him on all future cabin trips!

Meat grilled up very pretty and was super tender. You can pickup everything you need for a complete meal and go back to your cabin and half a great steak for half the price of any restaurant. Great service.
