    Beyond knowledgeable and will not give up on you, she stuck with me through communication issues…read morewhile I was out of state, after several major repair issues and over a long term sale. Her knowledge of contractors is monumental if you need repairs and if you are not able to be present she will ensure no corners are cut and repairs are done correctly. She is easy to get ahold of and always answered questions. No matter the issue she stuck to it and made sure we were able to sell the house, absolutely choose Anastasia if you want to buy or sale and dont want to worry about the realtor not having your back!

Rented a one bed/one bath small house, there in town. Was able to schedule to view the property before deciding to apply to rent. The property was modest (nothing fancy) but the price was within my budget. At first glance it looked promising. Then I applied, paid the deposit and first month's rent, and got keys to the property. I was moving from out of town and the initial paperwork phase went quite smoothly. Once I got moved in, I realized the property had a few big issues. Immediately had to reach out to Coldwell to get their maintenance team out to do repairs and get the house inhabitable. That took a conscious effort and repeated phone calls and significant time. Not enjoyable when I just put down good money, moved from a long distance, and was hopeful that I could enjoy my new home. After weeks and weeks, eventually got the repairs completed, and house was finally in liveable condition. Down the road new issues came up that needed addressing as well. Overall, felt like a constant battle to get things done through the management team. I think at some point their team changed hands, and then I was having to deal with a whole new set of people and explain things all over again. Also, I got some attitude from a couple of different staff members at their office, which was disappointing. In preparation to move out I had to pay for multiple cleaning services and provide receipts of the cleanings. Even after doing so, they still decided to dip into my deposit and provide me with only a partial reimbursement of it. Overall, felt like this entire renting effort was more a challenge than necessary. If I were to have stayed in the area, would have found pretty much anywhere else to rent from. Renter, beware. That is all.

Mary Lockwood seemed eager and helpful at the beginning. While I am grateful she knew someone who was willing to sell their home that was not on the market, I would not recommend using her for your home buying needs. This home was not the first home we have purchased. We were not at all new to this process. After signing the contract for the home, Mary changed. No longer helpful. She no longer performed any of the tasks required of a realtor. Since she would not respond to emails from both the title company and the lender, it was up to us to get all the paperwork required by both to purchase the home. Both title co and lender were very understanding and were excellent to work with. We closed on this home while we were in another state. Mary didn't show up to the closing there at the title co w the seller nor did she contact them. They never heard from her. The title co worked w the seller to get the info for us to get us the keys to our new home. It's been over 30 days since closing and the only contact we have had from her was info for utilities for the new home a few days after closing (we had already completed that task). No congratulations, no thank you, nothing. Also at this time the referral fee from broker to broker has not been paid.

    We were with Robin and Henry for nearly 7 years and had a good relationship with them. We were…read morealways upfront and honest about any problems we had with their houses, and one was a real dive. We hardly called with any problems. Henry always seemed to have a problem with us whenever he had to come fix something. Well we movied out of town and after 2 months of not hearing about our deposit refund I called her. I was told that the glass on the back door was shattered and they had to replace it. I know full well there was nothing wrong with that door when we left because I was the last one to shut and lock it. Do not trust them to do the walk-through w by themselves, insist on going with them.

    All was going well in moving into the rent residence, and Robin seemed to really like me calling me…read morea gentleman, etc. Hendry was a real pain from the get-go, made excuses and was hesitant to do anything. If something was mentioned he was likely to bang it to make it worse, and he'd starred at something with judgment and then make it worse. I gave legal notice which Robin took as if she'd do the right and legal thing. Didn't happen. No letter about the deposit return and no deposit return. Behind her smiling face was sadness, anger, hostility and bad intent. That's not legal, ethical or...considerate. And the fine for that is 3 times the security deposit! You've been warned. I was told from a good source that they are tired and sick of their jobs and want to hit the road in retirement. And what did she do with the deposit money that I paid - keep it for what? Herself? A conceal firearms class & permit (which they did)? I was told they are SLUM LANDLORD (management company), and that is so true. Drugs had been dealt there at my location with two different tenants. Next door was also doing stinky illegal drugs being sold at midnight to 2am with car lights on me through the open front door in summertime. And the drug smell would go right though the walls which you could look & see right through!!! Lizards kept coming easily underneath the screen and from door! No help from Hendry. Illegal again! I got legal help from ABQ and that helped but I was gone shortly after that. The druggies broke through my door (before I moved in). The hostile angry obese neighbor directly across from me had MAJOR issues and is NOT to be talked to at all if you can do that. Total Solutions Property Management is dishonest, and you don't want to rent an "as is" property, not in NM anyway. I drove to ABQ to get out of the lease but didn't want the hassle. Mistake to rent from Robin and Total Solutions. Hendry was SO depressed while I tried to get him to his senses because I felt sorry for him. Yikes, where's a good professional when they're needed? Oh, and the GIANT black cockroaches on the walls and ceiling - whoa. I didn't even feel comfortable in taking a shower and not because the heavy handle would fall and hit my bare feet - ouch!
