After speaking with Kevin, I asked several questions that I had (I had even researched questions to ask!) and Kevin answered them in a very knowledgable and professional manner. He charges by square foot of the house and I found his pricing to be very reasonable. It makes sense to charge this way because he really does inspect every nook and cranny of the house. Upon hiring him, Kevin and BJ showed up and did my inspection. I followed the whole time and they pointed out issues and also explained to me what and why it was an issue. Any questions that I had were answered, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole inspection even though I was breathing down their necks asking questions. Once the inspection was over, their report was well documented with pictures and annotations. I even hired them to do a mold inspection which is very necessary in Cloudcroft. I'm still waiting on the lab results, but I have stayed in contact with Kevin and any question I have or help I need he has been polite enough to help me with. I feel very content with Quality Home Inspectors and feel that they really did go above and beyond for me. I hope this review helps their business as they truly deserve it. I hired this outfit on the recommendation of a friend who had a new roof installed on his rental property. This roof is on a rental house I own. The roof is a simple gable roof with a detached garage gable roof. No complicated cuts or other issues to compromise the quality of the work. It took two days which was expected and the clean up was satisfactory but the actial installation of the shingles is a mess. The shingle courses are uneven and look like the crew was drunk or visually impaired. Very disappointing to have trusted my friend's opinion and hired this guy. Won't have any good things to say if asked.

While the leak appears to have been repaired, I was disappointed with both the billing and the overall customer service. I was charged for more than an hour because the technician had to leave to obtain a small copper fitting, even though he arrived with a large parts trailer. I do not believe I should have been billed for time spent retrieving a basic repair part that should have been readily available. I was also charged for 45 minutes of initial on-site time, despite being told by the office beforehand that only 15 minutes would be billed. When I questioned the charges and asked why it took so long to return, John responded, "You're entitled to your opinion," which I found dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. In addition, after the repair was completed, one of my irrigation sprinkler heads became stuck in the open position due to debris left in the system during the repair. This required additional cleanup and further reinforced my concerns about the quality of the work. For now, the leak appears to be holding, and I am intentionally leaving the area unfilled so I can monitor it for any future leaks. While I appreciate that the leak itself seems to have been repaired, the unexpected charges, unprofessional customer service, and the additional issue with the sprinkler head left me with a poor overall experience. Based on this experience, I would not choose this company again or recommend their services.

They came out, measured the old roof, and explained and recommended the best replacement. We did wait a few months for the roof to arrive, but that was to be expected as we ordered a metal roof, and it's delivery delay was due to the pandemic. Once it was delivered, the Bass Brothers did not delay, they got right to work. They removed and replaced the rotted boards, nails, and gutters. The entire job took them about one week, and they left the entire site clean. We love the end result. The roof looks amazing!

Sent a Yelp request on Friday afternoon (7 Apr) and Bryan showed up same day and provided an estimate the next day. I decided on Monday (10 Apr) to use Jr Roadrunner Construction and later that day he dropped off some materials to start work first thing next morning (11 Apr). I've never seen such hustle in my life. Three days and 22 hours later, brand new upgraded roof that looks fabulous. One of the hardest working people I've ever encountered, Bryan is intelligent, organized, thorough and pleasant with a great work ethic - along with his helper, Luis.
