I called to pay the balance of my daughters' bill and was lied too by her receptionist about an unknown fee. When I asked to speak with a Manager when she got caught in a lie, she placed me on hold for well over 10 minutes. I then tried calling back and noone answered the phone. Instead I got a text that someone would call me back. Noone did. The sad part is these young people represent the doctor and then they wonder why they are losing business. The treatment given didn't even work for my daughter but I was still trying g to do the right thing and pay the difference for the service. I guess they don't need the money.

12/11/2019 - So I chose this place based on the first available appointment that I could get…read morebecause literally overnight my right hand went numb and I started having contraction like pains in my wrist and hand and that has been continuing on for a month and a half now and I own two businesses one being a business that does hair and make up for wedding parties every single Friday Saturday and Sunday and of course I am right handed so having a numb hand that is in pain can literally ruin my career so before the appointment I went ahead and got an MRI done by a doctor at the immediate care center and was given prednisone steroid which did not help. On my way to my appointment with Dr.Shuh my appointment time was 10 AM on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 I live five minutes away it was about 9:45 AM and I realized I had forgotten my MRI disk so I called the place to let them know I possibly might be running one or two minutes late and on that morning there was black ice everywhere so when I called to let them know which I probably should not have had to but I did the receptionist or lady who answers the phone said "well can you hurry up? The doctors got to get going here " that was the first red flag I went to the appointment got there right on time and that is when the most awful Doctor came in who blatantly said to me "stop stop stop... You are all over the place you don't know if you're coming or going I'm asking you questions and you're answering them yes and no I'm asking you if this hurts and you are answering them yes and no there is no way that I'm going to be able to rely on any test that I give you because you don't make any sense why did you get this MRI done of your wrist? Now it's showing me a whole set of different problems that are not even related to your issue, plus I am a hand specialist not a wrist doctor, you need to go see your REAL doctor Because he knows you better and if this happened to your left hand five years ago then they should know exactly what's going on with your right hand I would've never ordered you an MRI I would've ordered you an EMG who ordered this test??? Sorry I can't help you" But here's the kicker... I was trying to explain to him that my mother has lupus Crohn's rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia and poly myalgia which are all auto immune disorders that I had just gotten tested for a few days ago and was waiting for the results he said "I don't care about your mother I never asked you if she had any of those things we are not talking about your mother we are talking about you" WOW. Then you know what his advice was for me?... "Maybe you should try to take it easy and working " WHAT?! OK I just won't go to work... I also won't take care of my three-year-old daughter that I raise on my own?!? I left there in tears I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a person nonetheless a Doctor Who swore an oath to help his patience I am floored I don't ever write reviews.. in fact, I always get reviews written about me and my business so I get it but I'm sorry if I can save at least one person from misery then that will be my pay it forward! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!! 12/12/2019- I went to my "real doctor "the very next day they did an MRI and x-ray and an EMG right on the spot gave me a Cortizone shot told me I had horrible carpal tunnel tendinitis a ganglion cyst and I have a bone dislocated in my wrist that is making another bone pop out so, my fault I should have never gone to this doctor in the first place I thought since I was in so much pain and this was the first place to have an available appointment at a "hand specialist "who says he only does hands and does not do wrists... I find it a little odd since it's attached to the same body part upper extremity!! It was like night and day going to my doctor versus going here again do not go to this place save yourself some trouble and go to the doctor Anton Fakhouri at Mid-America orthopedics In Makena or Payless 1/24/2020- I went in to have carpal tunnel surgery and my REAL doctor ended up having to do carpal tunnel surgery and arthroscopy , shortening of my Ulna bone and cartilage repair to my wrist and I am in a cast up to my shoulder for the next three weeks. This surgeon and it's staff are simply amazing I cannot wait to give them their review I will not waste the space on here.
