Fashionable men's and women's clothing that are designed in Italy at reasonable price. Store manager was so friendly and helpful in helping us find the right clothing. Clothing was well made, unlike fast fashion sold in chain stores. read more

In general, I hate shopping in Spain; with my tall, Dutch physique (thank you genes and Dutch cheese!), it's very difficult to find great clothes in my size. It's just that the Spanish are waaaay smaller and more petite! Kling fashion is affordable and their range of sizes is absolutely suitable for ALL - both small and petite as well as tall! Note: their sizes go from "1" to "4", ask for their advice when you enter the store. You'll find a great selection of dresses, shirts, shorts, and accessoires. I can mostly recommend the dresses; they're fun, outgoing, simple yet fashionable and they distinguish themselves because of their prints. Cool and original! I've seriously bought 6 dresses here in the last 3 years and still wear them... So shopping in Barcelona? Go to Kling y'all!

That being said, I do enjoy some pieces here and there and definitely love seeing a California vibe here in Europe. As I was browsing prices were about €28 for a pair of cut-off shorts (the Brandy Melville branded ones, not the vintage Levi's), and tops were hovering around €20-30. They have some signs for sale as well which are quite cute. It seems the stock arrives a little later to this location because when I asked about a top I had seen on social media I was informed they hadn't received it yet. They had a similar one, though. Went in on a Tuesday but as it is on the Passeig de Gràcia and summer it was quite packed in there.

There were a lot of sales associates working, none of which offered to help me. I was carrying multiple items around and no one asked if I needed a fitting room or any assistance. I purchased a bunch of items and they never gave me the tax forms for the VAT, so I could not claim the VAT back, which was about 100€. The designer has some nice clothes but maybe try a different store and you will get better service than I did!

This time we browsed each of the 6+ floors they have and realized they stock a huge selection of fashion, shoes, home items and food goods. They had everything from paella, pizza & pasta, Asian, baked goods to desserts. The dining area with its expansive views was worth the visit alone.

I went on a mission specifically to find it and I was SO GLAD that I came across it. Traveling oneself often means wandering around and exploring the city and of course shopping. I walked in Gamaya and immediately was impressed by the clothing selection. However, it was rebaixes and that meant that a lot of the sizing for the stuff I wanted was sold :( I'll go next time I'm in Barcelona. The shop owner is lovely, she is an Italian woman who went to uni in Barcelona and stayed to open a shop. She speaks fluent English, Italian, Catalan, Spanish. I tried on a bunch of different things and she was honest the entire time about whether anything fit or not. It may be a little pricey but again, I was there during rebaixes so things appeared reasonable to me. I want to go back to get more of her clothing in sizes that fit because i was so in love with the relaxed environment of the shop and the honesty of the owner. If you don't go, I will be sad. It is completely part of the Barcelona experience.

I had to add it for *your* benefit) As a huge Chie Mihara shoe fan - Chie Mihara shoes in the US can be prohibitively expensive, so on my trip to Barcelona - I thought what a great way to get Chie Mihara shoes in her local country - with a convenient 20% VAT tax discount on top of that! I walked into Vaga Falena and was astonished by the beautiful store, felt like a shoe museum. Not only did they have a few Chie Mihara models - they even had one shoe style in a color combination only available at this store, of course I had to purchase it! - there were many other Spanish and European shoe brands that were comfort focused and fashion forward. This is not a discount shoe store but for a shoe lover like myself - this is a must stop. The tax free forms were easily done at the cashier. Friendly sales people who spoke English too. A nice memory for sure! With nice shoe souvenirs I brought home in my luggage :)

The store its-self is a decent size, and the layout of the store is what you would expect from a high-end store and the decor is typical of a Hugo Boss store, in comparison to other branches I have visited, even back home in the UK such as branches in Liverpool and the Trafford Centre. The staff here seemed polite, they didn't seem to acknowledge me, perhaps because as I walked in with my Manchester City third shirt with Kevin De Bruyne on the back, they presumed I was another british tourist who wanted to browse, without an intention to buy anything and that was true. I'm not a huge expert on pricing in Spain, due to the limited time i spent there, only spending 5 days in Barcelona but for a Hugo Boss store the pricing seemed around average, it still is high-end and there is no question about that. The overall feel of this store is okay, most things are okay, and I do think this store is worthy, but I must stress that it is just worthy of a two star rating.

Interesting clothing store on Carrer Verdi…read more All the clothing here is homemade by the owners, which makes everything so much better and fun to look at, because sometimes the items that they have are the only ones that exist, so there's a cool concept. Anyway, the pricing is pretty average, not too cheap but not too expensive. They have a very retro-ish sort of style that is fun to look at. When I was in, there were loads of beautiful skirts and jewelry, other clothing, accessories galore. A little bit of a criticism in that the skirt that I bought is not really keeping itself together very well, and snags a bunch which is disappointing. Also, I found that for my sort of shape the clothing they had seemed to fit strangely (except of course for a beautiful skirt I bought), but that could be just me. Fun story, they have an adjoined bakery inside the shop, so that's fun! Free desserts. Fun place to look around, and a great stop when shopping on Verdi. I wish I could give this place 4 stars, but the skirt is snagging on everything and it's really difficult to deal with.
