As for the actual dental work they are professionals and artist as well. Their shot administering abilities are bar none. I feel like I should press assault charges against everyone else thats ever given me a shot in my mouth compared to Dr. Nelson and Robin. I never knew it can be painless! They take their time and do things right with the least amount of discomfort to the patient. Fillings with no residual pain at all. Tooth extractions that were quick easy with little to no residual pain. On a personal note, I have PTSD and doctor visits have always been a high anxiety experience for me. But its different here. They connect with you and you can tell they genuinely care. The whole office is calm comforting and reassuring which is the perfect environment for my PTSD. Its almost meditative for me, therapeutic. And insurance representative contacted me to find out why the work was not done and let me know that I was not supposed to pay anything that Broadway dentistry did not properly code the procedure therefore I was charged she even contacted them to let them know this and that the procedure was never done cannot be done because of problems that should have been identified before the bridge was molded I had to have a tooth pulled because of horrible pain and infection so the procedure could not be done, yet they still refuse to give me back my money. They have come up with every excuse in the book as the reason why they will not give me back my money. A representative from my insurance company even called them and told them that there is no legal reason for them to hold on to my money it should be given back and their manager Terry still refuse to give me back my money. Every excuse he made the representative from Aetna insurance company tore down and let him know that was not my money. I am a 63-year-old widow already struggling 425 May not seem like much to some to just throw to the wind with no results but it's not something that I can afford to just throw it to the wind with no results. And I will not silently sit by and let this company take advantage of me just because they feel they can.

After being on hold for 20 minutes with the call center trying to get in touch with someone in the office regarding my 2 daughters' fillings coming out, which was a failed attempt. I then was transferred to the after hour emergency receptionist, which I found odd, considering, i was calling at 9 a.m, during normal business hours. There's always a second visit to repair what they've already done. Also my youngest daughter was seen on oct. 6 and the procedure caused for her to be numb because she needed fill-ins. Before starting the procedure and insuring the area was numb the dentist didn't do, which caused my daughter agonizing pain and trauma because she started drilling on a tooth that wasn't numb.
