I was fortunate to meet the original owner when I went in on as Sunday. He must be 80 years old, but he's still sharp, and loves to tell local history. They cast all of their own ceramics. I w as s able to buy 5 matching Christmas tree ornaments for only $15, I am sure that the set would be $25 in Anchorage. They do also rent project space with art supplies and an on site kiln, for ceramics th are food safe, such as mugs. They have an area for very young children to play, within eyesight of the rafting project space. I saw no other customers there, so if you hate crowds, and just want to craft out solo, this is the place.
