By the time rough in was completed, Premier was wildly over budget- to the tune of nearly double the original bid for the whole project. When I addressed this with the owner he acknowledged that due to staff turnover they had been coming in over bid on multiple projects and offered a $10k credit against work completed OR against future work to complete the trim out. After insisting on a fixed cost bid for the trim out we determined we would not be using them going forward. It was also discovered that multiple rough in items were completed incorrectly- circuits incomplete or shorted, missing outlets per code, etc. The owner then turned hostile, attempted to make me sign a 3 page NDA and hold harmless simply for him to warranty the rough in work. The $10k credit was never issued. Don't hire this company unless you want a Premier Headache, improper work and a huge bill.

When he got to the house he confirmed the location of the tank and told me he would come to the front door when he was done. He finished and put everything back as it was.
