I brought it to their attention immediately and was immediately treated rudely and essentially was told I was lying and that there is no way that could have happened. I explained that I saw the rock fly at me from the box, but they dismissed anything I said. I expected they would have offered to submit a claim through their insurance or perhaps offer to help pay for the repair. I used to be a customer, as I prefer to hire local companies, but I will never ever give business to these people who treat other people that way again.
