I have brought 3 other vehicles up to their shop to get reupholstered before so I know they do very good work. So I took my newest car by their shop to get a quote, the price was really reasonable and ended up getting both front seats done in my car. I truly wish every business was like this because I enjoy the customer service very much. I got my car back in reasonable time. I recently purchased an older Mercedes, carried it in to have a new soft top and dash cap put on. I thought they were a little pricey, but not many other choices. After one week they ordered the top and dash cap, I carried the car in. After 4 weeks and several calls I was told car was ready. Went pick up the car, the inside of top looked horrible, strips of top hanging down (I have pictures). I took the car back, after two weeks they called said car was ready, when I picked it up, the dash cap was on crooked and not glued down. After another week they called and said it was ready.
