I purchased the vehicle from D&K auto in person on a credit card. 10 days after I bought the…read morevehicle, the transmission completely stopped working. I later took it to a different mechanic, who told me that the transmission was completely shot, which differed from what D&K Auto told me (D&K said they had replaced it the year before and had a warranty on it). The mechanic also said that questionable work was done on the AC, which caused all of the freon to leak out. This caused me to look into the business, and I discovered that both their Dealer License and Tax ID were not current or valid. They sold me a broken used car illegally and pocketed almost $1,000 in taxes! They refuse to take my calls or answer my emails.

Albany Auto Glass come to my house and replaced my car windshield. They were friendly and…read morecourteous. The following day I tried to use my windshield washers and they would not work. I contacted Larry immediately. He acknowledged that his son had mentioned that they had broken the windshield washer while installing the windshield (nobody mentioned it to me). He said he would order the part and repair it. I called him back repeatedly for the next 7 months and he kept telling me that he would take care of it. He never did. I finally gave up and had it repaired at my own expense.

I get it veriscanned and the error code is for a bad torque converter which is part of the transmission repair. I Take it back to them because I had a service warranty.They had the vehicle for 12 days. To make a long story short, the exact process occurred 3 more times. So in total the had the vehicle 4 times just to get it right.
