The spa is serene and very clean and I'd like to go back for a facial and another massage sometime. I would give 5 stars for the spa and three for the rest of the resort, due to the following: This resort is no longer a Club Med location. It was bought by a local investment group and there seems to be some poor communication and training issues within the organization. When I went, the guard at the gate told me to check in at the front desk for directions to the spa. The person I spoke with at the front desk was very confused and wanted me to buy a day pass. However, you don't have to buy a day pass to get a massage at the spa, and you don't have to check in at the front desk (at least that wasn't the situation when I went). I just drove over to the side of the parking lot near the spa (as they eventually instructed) and went in for my massage. This was admittedly a few months ago, so hopefully they've got it figured out by now.

March was very kind and professional. She ensured that the pressure was good for me and made sure I was comfortable. MASSAGE: This was the best massage I have ever had! When you arrive, you are given a robe, sandals and locker. Then you go to the Zen Garden where you begin to unwind. After being greeted by your massage therapist, the experience begins with a foot soak and massage as they welcome you into the room and make you feel at ease. Then they give you time to get comfortable on the massage table. The next step was aromatherapy to start your relaxation and bring you to "Provence." None of the scents are overwhelming and the products used are good for sensitive skin. BE ZEN: Following the massage, you are led into the Zen garden. This is the most rejuvenating place, like a hidden oasis! You are offered tea and water and given a tray with mixed raisins and almonds. The bamboo, vines, trees and fountains make this a beautiful place to unwind. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Let me FIRST say, his bedside manner and skill are top; not to mention the overall care he gives is beyond personable. Having just had my initial reveal, he did SUCH an AMAZING job on making my nose look natural but also have noticeable difference and correcting visible issues from a previous surgery done MANY years ago; my nose NOW looks exactly how I had pictured it to be pretty much my entire life and as it continues to heal if will continue look better every day. This is not my first procedure on my nose and my original rhinoplasty I had as a teen never seemed 100% right. After having an accident that affected my nose about 11 years ago, I HAD to select an experienced Dr. that understood the complexity of damage that had internally been done to my nose. Having consulted with Dr. Avron regarding my nose previously, he has always been honest about the possible issues and never pushed me to rush into getting something done; as a matter of fact he insisted I should wait to be sure there were no residual blood flow issues that could complicate the procedure. I also had some bad breathing issues that were getting worse over time and desperately needed to be corrected. I experienced no pain at all after my surgery; just some minor discomfort that felt like when you have a cold and congested but this is to be expected; as of now, the healing process is going really well. One thing I love and is so important to me, is the Dr's honesty

Not only does this mosquito spray do the trick she had a few other products as well as a bunch of mediation classes and massage. My sister in law had a massage before and raved so next time I'm in town I'll be booking an hour session with her. Her product prices are very reasonable as well as her massage prices. Can't wait to come back and book a massage. If you're in the area you won't be sorry to pass by and met Sarah as well as buy some of her products or schedule a service.

I can't say enough incredible things about my massage therapist. I've been seeing her for years,…read moreand she has truly been a constant source of healing and support through some of the most physically and emotionally demanding times in my life. During an extremely stressful period as a caregiver, her sessions became more than just massages--they were essential moments of restoration. She has an intuitive understanding of the body and an ability to sense exactly where tension, pain, and stress are being held. Every session feels personalized, thoughtful, and deeply therapeutic. She has also helped me tremendously with lymphedema, using techniques that are both gentle and effective, making a noticeable difference in my comfort and mobility. After my fractured shoulder and rotator cuff surgery, her skill and care played a huge role in my recovery. She worked carefully within my limitations while still helping me regain movement and reduce pain--something I truly don't think I could have done as successfully without her. Another standout aspect of her practice is her expertise with essential oils. She thoughtfully incorporates them into each session, enhancing relaxation, reducing inflammation, and creating a truly calming, spa-like experience. Her knowledge of which oils to use--and how to blend them for maximum benefit--adds an extra layer of healing that sets her apart. What sets her apart overall is not just her technical expertise, but her compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication to her clients' well-being. She listens, she adapts, and she cares deeply about helping you feel better. If you're looking for someone who is highly skilled, incredibly intuitive, and truly invested in your health and healing, I wholeheartedly recommend her.
