I can't recommend this place in good conscience . Although the service I received from the esthetician was ok , the experience was not great. I had three different appointments . The first one was ok. The second one was short and expensive and the third one I was not pleasant at all. I absolutely love this place. Before going here I had never been anywhere prior or had any work done, I was about to leave on my trip for hawaii the week before and decided i wanted darker eyebrows so that id look different, i found the closest place near me (this place) and decided to book a brow tinting along with an eyelash tinting because i got a great deal. As you can see in the photos, in the beginning my eyebrows and eyelashes were very visible and super blonde. but afterwards it looks like im constantly wearing mascara and i love it!!! i also got my teeth whitened there before my trip and let me say, IM IN LOVE!!!!! my teeth were so yellow before because i drink iced tea and man are the white now!! i attached some photos as well! they are an amazing place, they are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable!! wouldnt trade them for the world!! read more

Skin Serenity Spa Rocks!!! Any time I come here, I immediately feel at home. The decor and music are very relaxing. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable on all things 'skin', and helped me put together a skin care routine that has utterly transformed how my skin looks and feels. I look younger and I have had multiple people tell me so. As far as procedures go, Candace is a master of her craft. I received a Men's Facial from her that left my skin looking bright and radiant. I don't consider myself "old" yet, but I know if I take care of my skin now, I will be able to look my best for years to come, and Candace and her team make that possible. My friend and I went to get a peel on Friday April 3/21. The cost was $150 and was only a 7-10 visit where they put the product on your face. Was so disappointed. My friend had a severe reaction to the product the next day and I told her to call and find out what was in the chemicals used. She got no response via phone or email about the chemicals used on her face, she got no follow up questions on her condition. I would not recommend this place. We both called and canceled our follow up appointments. read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. When I went in to get more information on the services they provide, the girl was so rude and even rolled her eyes at me. I had heard good things about this place until I went in for an acne treatment and received absolutely terrible service. They made me feel as if it was my fault that I suffer from acne and that I should take better care of my skin when I do my skincare routine 2x daily and do everything my dermatologist recommends. I felt absolutely horrible about my acne after visiting this place and I would not recommend at all. All I wanted was to feel better about my skin and look beautiful. But I left feeling like shit and upset about wasting my money. The acne treatment didn't even work! Save your business and go somewhere else!!! The spa is so warm and welcoming. The customer service was so amazing and I simply can't compare it to anything else. My appointment went flawlessly with minimal paint. Just beyond wonderful. I received a gift certificate for Skin Serenity Spa. I called approximately 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. he person who answered the phone said she was with a client and was the gift certificate from a fundraiser charity. What difference does it make??? She was snippy and said she was with a customer and would call me back. She never called. With the holidays over, I called today to schedule but the gift certificate is expired on the 5th. So, I am working and can't get in until Monday the 7th. The woman on the phone was snippy again and said " what, you couldn't call back?" People go for the relaxation not an attitude. That's bad business! I said, "yes but I was waiting for your call back." She said she could do it on Monday and give me half off. That's ridiculous! I could have been a new customer. Not Now! I've been to many different doctors and dermatologist since the age of 16.. because of how severe my cystic acne became all doctors would say " I can't do anything else but acutane" & I refused to go through that, so I lost all hope. Ms. Candace has CHANGED my life. At the age of 29 I can finally walk out of the house with no makeup on and hold my head up high. In just 4 months my face has dramatically changed. She educates you about your skin, no doctor has ever took the time to tell me WHY my face would hurt all the time (cystic acne). I threw out all of my old face washes and brushes and topicals & replaced them with just 4 phenomenal PCA products. The staff is also always so sweet at each visit! I feel like a brand new woman!
