These peop are unscrupulous are these they told my car in December on December 8 I'm sorry on…read moreDecember 9 and when my car was being towed the office she told me that if there were some things that I needed to get out of the car that I would be able to go to their shop and get those things well the very next day which was December 8 I called the shop but the number that was on the website wasn't the correct number so I had to call the law enforcement centre to get a working number for this business when I got the number I called Main Street towing/motors and I left a detailed message with my name and my phone number and I told them in that message that I did not want the car but I did want to get my personal belongings out of the car so I never heard anything back I called a few more times never got an answer never heard back so finally we just decided to ride down there and when we got there the place was locked up no one was there and we were just kind of standing around scratching our head trying to figure out what what to do with that point well just before we got ready to leave the tow truck driver drove up and I walked over to him and told him that they had told my car on December 7 that he had told it because he was the tow truck driver and that I had called several times and never got an answer and I just you know I really wanted to get my personal items out of the car so he proceeds to tell me that he couldn't let me get my personal items and so he gets on the phone and he calls the owner of the business and she tells him not to let me have my personal items case so I told him I said listen I don't want this car I I have the title right here I will sign it over to you but I want my personal items out of the car well he was not very competent and he didn't know what he needed to do decide for me to sign the title over so and still he wouldn't let me get my things out of the car so I had to go to court because the car had been told and there was some issues that why the car was told so I went to court and I mentioned to the officer that the business never let me get my personal items out so we we he told he put me in touch with his supervisor and his supervisor got in touch with the owner and said for me to meet the owner at the business and he also told me just to scribble out a list of what things I left in the car I had taken some things out of the car when it was towed but I left most of my things in the car because I didn't know where I was going to be where I was going at that very moment all right so I met the owner down there and my uncle ask her where the car was if the car was there she tells us the car wasn't there she didn't know where it was and I said where are my personal items she didn't know where my personal items were either she said they just really didn't clean out the cars anymore because somebody got stuck so that that's why she said they didn't clean out the cars anymore but they cleaned mine out and did away with my personal items so I would advise anyone not to deal with these people they are scrupulous they are thieves and bottom theatres Sundra Shands

It took 1 1/2 hrs to get to me just to jump off my car. Then the man proceeded to not jump my car off correctly, he just kept telling me to turn the key over and not giving the battery a chance to charge and completely ignored me when I suggested doing so. He then told me that he believed that my starter was bad and I needed to call a tow truck to take it to a shop. My father is a mechanic that lives three hours away from me and he drove to look at the car and went ahead a brought a new starter just in case. He decided just to try and charge the battery anyways and the car started!!! It was just a dead battery after all. I put a review on their facebook page that retold this story and gave them one star and this company removed my review, blocked me, and reported me to Facebook. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!
