Any time we did get someone on the phone, the person answering would have no idea about the facts of our case, and I would have to re-explain everything over and over again. A week later I called asking for the refund and Attorney Eric said that he is not responsible for refunds and that this type of thing "is out of his hands" after saying that he passed on the information. I then asked to speak with the responsible party and he sends me to Attorney Miguel Palmeiro who is the owner of the office. Once again I was promised to get my refund, but now over the mail since "it is complicated to process a refund on the LawPay system". Two weeks later, I still haven't received my refund and now they don't respond to my emails or return my calls. I don't know what kind of practice they are running out there, but the previous owner, Attorney Vitor Cuco was not this way. I am disappointed, upset and $1000 short.
