To say that I am pleased with its repair & condition would be an understatement. And the cost was very reasonable. It also arrived set to Pacific Daylight Time! Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. SCAMMERS! I took my high-end watch in for service. I was told it would be done in a few days. I…read moreagreed and left the store. Upon leaving, I realized it was going to be the long weekend and thought maybe I would take my watch to wear for Easter festivities. I decided to go back, which was 10 minutes later. Upon arriving back at the store, I explained my decision to take the watch and bring it back the following week. The man I was dealing with was the owner and seemed quite put out by my request. He hesitantly retrieved my watch from the shelf and took it to his workstation. He proceeded to remove the back in a hast and removed parts. I asked what it was that he had removed and was still sitting on the counter. He said it's nothing while popping the back of the watch on and handing it back to me. While standing in front of him, I looked at my watch. I then noticed the damage he had done to the side and back of the watch while opening it with his pocket knife. When I questioned him about the parts on his desk and damage to the watch, he told me to prove it and kicked me out of his store, threatening to call security. This establishment shouldn't even be in business if they can sleep at night conducting themselves in this manner. I will have to take my watch to another reputable establishment to repair and replace the parts that were stolen from my watch. I only hope my review will help the next unknowing customer avoid dealing with these SCAMMERS!

So I dropped my watch on the floor and the crystal cracked. *cries* The Fossil official repair…read morepeople estimated 2-4 weeks after sending it but I wanted my watch fixed right away. So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

Wow what a difference when I took possession of my watch, it keeps almost perfect time now almost as good as a Rolex, about 8 seconds a day or 1 minute a week. Incredible watchmaker skills.
