The first year I got no mortgage documents at the end of the year when it came time to renew , the second year I had to request the mortgage documents detailing how much was left to be paid on the mortgage . The third year I got a limited statement which was good and in the fourth year I received a little more detail . Now I want to pay out the mortgage and after much grief which is partially my fault Miss Schmidt is not responding . My advice to anyone is not to use this particular mortgage broker from Centum . Very poor communication .
