She always made time for us and ensured our thoughts and desires were realized - even when WE didn't really know what they were. She always listened intently to what we were saying and she carefully articulated back what she heard to make sure she was truly understanding our needs. When we encountered issues during negotiations (as well as afterwards), Carol was a superstar: she didn't just deal with the problems for us, she solved them with grace and composure and a few firm but guiding words of advice for the other parties. She never criticized them, she just rose above the fray and provided them with options. They had already took our payment and told us we'd have to wait for a cheque instead of etransfering it back the same way. No one speaks to each other in the office so no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground. Thank goodness we figured all this out before signing a lease with the scam artists. Our bck deck had a lot of garbage under it from the previous tenant. When we brought it up to them, it was cleaned before we had even woken up the next morning! The first year I got no mortgage documents at the end of the year when it came time to renew , the second year I had to request the mortgage documents detailing how much was left to be paid on the mortgage . Now I want to pay out the mortgage and after much grief which is partially my fault Miss Schmidt is not responding . My advice to anyone is not to use this particular mortgage broker from Centum .
