They had already took our payment and told us we'd have to wait for a cheque instead of etransfering it back the same way. No one speaks to each other in the office so no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground. Thank goodness we figured all this out before signing a lease with the scam artists. Our bck deck had a lot of garbage under it from the previous tenant. When we brought it up to them, it was cleaned before we had even woken up the next morning! Now I want to pay out the mortgage and after much grief which is partially my fault Miss Schmidt is not responding . My advice to anyone is not to use this particular mortgage broker from Centum .
