I have had four changes in attorneys during the last two years trying to get a divorce in this firm. During that time, I was never given a choice regrading who my attorney was, that I could refuse his choice of representation, or that I could seek other counsel. To Date, I have paid $16,000 to Mr. Albertazzi. The last attorney assigned to me was again Mr. Albertazzi, who I had hired at the outset. The other two attorneys who I had been assigned to and worked with exclusively, quit the firm. Mr. Albertazzi took the case over four days before a teleconference was scheduled with an arbitrator that "settled everything", after my last attorney had quit the firm. We met for the first time 10/1/19 in his office and spoke on the phone 10/3/19. The teleconference was scheduled for 10/4/19. When we spoke on the phone Mr. Albertazzi said "For financial compensation from your cash deposits into your wife's personal IRA, we will demand $50,000 and not a dollar less, or we go to trial". My own records demonstrated cash investment in my ex-wife's IRA's to be $100,000. The teleconference did not happen. I called Mr. Albertazzi but he was not available. I drove to Bend for an appointment I had scheduled for later that evening. An hour later Mr. Albertazzi called me to conduct the teleconference with opposing counsel and the arbitrator while I was driving. Talking from his office, Mr. Albertazzi began by saying "you do not get your dog, your parents ashes, your daughter's gifted knife set, your hospital bed for your surgeries, your marlin trophy mount, etc, etc, etc.". Coming from my own attorney, I was in shock. After two years I still had not received my personal belongings. Opposing counsel then stated a $40,000 final settlement had been agreed to, again without my knowledge or consent. I was given no opportunity to talk to counsel, or discuss the "drop dead, go to trial" line in the sand Albertazzi and I agreed to. I had just been ambushed by my own attorney. I was not told I could withdraw from the arbitration, and I was told this teleconference was binding. Mr. Roome, the arbitrator stated "Don't you want to just get this over with Mr. Mullins, why don't you compromise, and get this thing done". I would received an award of $45,000 for the $100,000 in IRA contributions I made, no personal belongings would be returned, I would not be compensated for my financial investment in my ex-wife's home and business, and the teleconference was over. I was never counseled about, or advised that we should have, appraisals done for our respective businesses or real property. Mr. Albertazzi refused to give me contact information for my prior counsel, Mr. Mathew Dodson, who had been my counsel until four days before the teleconference. I was told I could not have a copy of the teleconference. On 12/18/2019 I presented to Mr. Albertazzi's office for review of the stipulated general judgement for dissolution of marriage and review of a fee dispute under the Attorney-Client Fee Agreement. Both documents were to be signed and notarized. Mr. Albertazzi was not there and unavailable for counsel. His wife was there instead and after signing the SGJDM, I reviewed the Atty-Client Fee Agreement for fee dispute and refused to sign it. I asked for return of the SGJDM and was told I could not have it. After a futile effort to recover the document, I called Bend Police and asked for assistance in documenting my effort to get back what I had just signed 3 minutes earlier. An officer was dispatched. Mrs. Albertazzi had second thoughts and returned the document when I told her I had called the police. I left with both documents. I returned the next morning to counsel with Mr. Albertazzi personally, only to be told to leave the premises by Mr. Albertazzi. He wrote off the last $9,000 of his billable hours, he knew he wouldn't survive a trial or Bar Review investigation. Complete nightmare. read more

the absolute worse man on the planet he totally screwed my out of everything and basically told me to kill mussel myself he soaked up every Penny I had lied to me and profited off my loss and inheritance knowing I was homeless. He won everything by default using a made up address and sending me things to a address that was never mine! this company feeds preys on people like me they made me feel like. they were on my side chewed me up and spit me out! totally the worse company and experience of my entire life! these guys are dirty and non trustworthy if you don't have much money and they know it they will make sure you have nothing !!! Albert Albert albertazzi better ask for serious forgiveness because he will surely burn in hell for the pain and suffering he has caused me and my children. durin when I hired him after my mother died!!! he lied to me and made me excus executer but I wasn't allowed to do my job. and he stole every penne penny by charging me basically 10 dollars a phone call and email without telling me he was charging me. I was homeless with my kids for 3 years I was rapped and almost killed not only did I lose my mom I lost my place I lost everything while he sat behind his desk and collected my inheritance. this is a very bad man he deserves the electric chair!!!!!!!!!! and I hope karma comes back 10 fold he knew exactly what he was doing. I was innocent to this type of crookedness. And it took me 3 years to get out of the situation but I'm back on my feet and I firmly believe he expected me not to say anything I'm going to post on every website and every review site until the truth comes out about what you did to my family!
