I am quite positive that these positive reviews are either written by him or he paid someone to write them. Notice none of them say they "hired" him? Anyways, after hiring him, he has not helped one bit but caused me headaches and wasted my time and money. He simply "forgot" to respond within the given time frame and messed the whole case up even more than it needed to be. I've talked to a number of lawyers afterwards and they all said "how do you forget that?" It is such a simple thing and it shows how poorly this law office is run and how incapable this lawyer is. But, I thought to myself that everyone makes mistakes so I gave him a second chance to get things straight after he promised me that this will get straightened out quickly. I should have never trusted him because for the next 3 weeks, he continued to lie, ignore my calls and emails. I trusted him to do the job that I paid him to do but he failed miserably and his efforts to fix the problem have been disappointing. I had to call him every day for the last 3 weeks so that he takes some sort of action. He never called the other lawyer to work things out until I called and bothered him. He would tell me that he'd call me back and he never called. My other lawyer had to advise him what he needed to do which cost me more money. Mr. Albertazzi told us that he would be able to help us, so we gave him a retainer check. He assigned our case to his assistant, Matt Dodson. Mr. Dodson wrote a letter to our title insurance company. After receiving a response from the title insurance company, he forwarded it to us. The title insurance company told us that we don't have a claim, which we know isn't true and Matt also didn't believe was true. Matt never once followed up with us after that. We left him several phone messages, none of which he returned until we repeatedly called him. He was not professional and he didn't appear to have a clue about how to handle our matter. I wouldn't be writing this review if Matt had just responded to our messages and emails to let us know that he wasn't capable of handling our case, but he just ignored us for weeks. We wrote a letter to Matt and copied Mr. Albertazzi to let them know that we were terminating their services and also to let them know how unprofessionally they had responded to our case. Mr. Albertazzi responded and told us that he had been out of the country and he was not aware of our situation, which I am certain isn't true, although I can't prove it. I have never met a managing attorney who doesn't check office emails for weeks when they are traveling. I do not recommend this law firm.

Most importantly was to place our family home in that trust. Luckily I was able to purchase the home myself. When dealing with the title company I was informed the home was NEVER in a trust. When we contacted Tony he stammered and said he'd look into it. Now he dodges our calls and his voice-mail is full. Had my mother passed we could have lost our family home. Tony typed up a bunch of legal looking stuff and failed to actually file anything. My bad for actually trusting a lawyer
