I always get pepperoni, mushrooms and Jalapeños on it and this time I'm now only allowed one topping on it... so that changed too!? Just a tad frustrated but would still recommend.

The tone was dismissive, impatient, and flat-out disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I asked for a simple 33¢ sauce, she refused to let me pay for it at the window and made me drive back around the line a second time. That's not customer service--it's hostility. The order itself wasn't even correct, which only added insult to injury. When someone in a management position treats customers like this, it reflects directly on the business. I don't expect luxury service here, but I do expect basic courtesy and competence. Unfortunately, this experience was so unprofessional and unnecessarily unpleasant that it guaranteed I won't be back.
