Buyer Beware Although Craig was polite and gave a fair price for the job there were some issues…read more(broken sprinkler head he didn't tell me about, a cut wifi cable, and a stump not completely grinded and removed) and 1 major issue that still has not been resolved over 1 month later. He was hired to trim some trees, remove a bougainvillea and grind the stump, install a hedge and plant 1 new tree, an Anderson Crepe hibiscus. He planted a crepe mertyl instead which I pointed out immediately. After trying to convince me to keep it, he finally agreed to remove it and plant the correct tree and was very professional about dealing with the issue at first, but has strung me along and now ghosted me. I even offered to pay for the new tree if he would just install it and I offered him another job I had for him as well. He said yes that he wanted the job and would take care of the tree too and make it right. He has continued to string me along always saying I was a top priority. He ended up getting heat stroke and was out of work for a week. I completely understood and was patient for his return to work. This has been going on over a month and he now does not respond to my texts. The cherry on the cake? He took a heavy duty metal rake of ours by accident I assume and has not returned that either. I now have to purchase the correct tree and a new metal rake then pay someone for the labor. His mistakes are costing me a couple hundred more plus we had no wifi for several days and a broken sprinkler head to deal with. He said he would make it right and I beleived him. I didn't want to leave a bad review. I wanted him to do the right thing and hoped he would. I tried one last time yesterday to contact him so he could make this right, but he ignored me again. My hope is that he will see this review and make it right. If he does I will remove this post. If not he has left me with no other choice, this is a Buyer Beware warning. Hire him at your own risk

He and his crew installed the trees, bushes, sod, sprinklers and lighting to finish our house and made it a beautifully landscaped home. He always responds to our questions and just recently helped us with palm tree that we were having trouble with. Right now he and his crew are working in the neighborhood on another property.
