Love this shop. The staff is really helpful and kind. They are also very affordable and so far they always fixed my bike on the same day

Two things make a good bike shop. First, you need high quality bikes and components. They have…read moreBrompton and Brooks stuff here plus it seems they do custom builds of their own "Zwaan" bikes (which look gorgeous). Second, you need friendly and knowledgeable staff who are enthusiastic. They got both here. I came in for some tyres and maybe a new saddle. Sadly, I hit them in a moment where what I wanted wasn't in stock (odd because they had a great selection of Bromptons on the shelf already but maybe that's why all the tyre and brooks saddle I wanted was out). No problem. I'm having a problem with my rear dynamo light on my Brompton. Dude there helped me debug it (lights broken). Noticed I had an aftermarket part on my bike and said, hey I have some stuff from NOV Design for your bike. If you don't know they are a high end parts maker out of Korea - kinda hard to come by. He goes and pulls three boxes full of parts! Amazing! I had to stop myself from buying one of everything. Totally great! They also rent bikes here too if you need one on visit. Good people + Good parts = Good shop. It's that simple. But wait, then: Good people = Good shop - Good parts. Good (people) = Good (shop - parts). people = shop - parts. Ok forget my equation. It's still a great shop.

Their second hand bicycles are over priced and terribly maintained (both tires are badly worn, the light is falling off, the bell had to be replaced and the chain may break at any moment). Unless you know a lot about bicycles and haggling I would avoid this shop at all costs.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never go here. The owner is a criminal who runs a business using money from…read morestudents who get ripped off. Me and some of my friends are studying abroad at Erasmus this semester, and we heard this place has cheap secondhand bikes. Little did we know, all of their bikes are broken and they don't tell you about it. I bought a bike for 80 euros and it broke within 10 minutes of buying it. I took it in and they refused to fix it, repeatedly saying "it's a secondhand bike". DUH, THATS WHY I BOUGHT IT. They also refused to give me a refund. Anyways, after repeatedly causing scenes at their store because they are crooks, I finally demanded that it get fixed for free and they complied. When I went to pick it up a week after it was supposed to have been fixed, the owner still tried to charge me 20 euros, even though he sold the bike to me like that. He knows nothing about bikes, but he knows how to sell things. Those words came from one of his repairmen, actually. What a scumbag. My advice to you: pay the 20 euros extra and go to a more trusted bike store, or buy a bike off of Commodity Market. Don't even go into this place, because you will end up in the same mess that my friends and I ended up in.

The store is very pleasant and is a dedicated BOSS Menswear Store, with Hugo Boss starting to separate the HUGO and BOSS brands. The store isn't too large but it still feels spacious, with a nice selection of clothing, in a similar layout to what you'd expect any BOSS Menswear Store to follow. The sales staff were friendly but not too pushy, they allowed me to browse at my own pace without feeling too bothered which I like. I came into the store looking for a jacket, and although I couldn't find specifically what I was looking for, they did have a selection of similar products. Of course, there are larger BOSS stores around The Netherlands, but this is still a nice store in a very good location within the city. 4*
