He is very informative, he explains everything you need to know about your procedure and more. He took time to answer all questions and never once did I feel rushed. State of the Art office. I can't say enough good things about how well my surgery went April 6th. He let my husband and sister know how the surgery went afterwards and took time with them as well. He stopped by to check on me the next day and answered questions I had, and again he did not rush through things. I have never been in pain. When I text him to keep in touch he immediately gets right back to me. I have never been in any pain and will have my next one done in July. My husband said I have become an advocate for Dr Morgan because I am recommending him to everyone I meet that needs knee surgery.

The came in with a broken collarbone and multiple broken ribs. I was the second person in the waiting area, with an appointment and I came 25 minutes early. They didn't see me until 30 past my appointment time. The receptionists handed me my paperwork to fill out and shut the window in my face. Not even asking me what brought me there, or she would have noticed I couldn't write because of my dominant writing hand was immobilized. Both of them were snap chatting and cutting up instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got to see someone they didn't take a thorough patient assessment which resulted in an incorrect documentation of my accident and a insurance conflict. I had to leave and go see a different doctor. Unless you are a rich sports injury they don't care.

I pushed back when I did not want to pay $100 for a urine test and stated I would NOT be taking drugs - I just wanted a non-drug neck pain option. That first visit I waited 25 minutes past my appointed time and had to leave because I WORK and had to get back for a conference call. I rescheduled and that visit they took me back on time and they put me in 1 exam room and then "moved me to a nicer room" for no apparent reason. After waiting almost AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME and asking the staff about it (including the doctor who said I could reschedule and I said I already HAD rescheduled my appointment and this was it), I was told I was next but another patient was put in front of me although I had specifically asked for the earliest appointment and was given the SECOND SLOT, ANOTHER PATIENT WAS PUT IN FRONT OF ME ANYWAY. I am not letting people who play games like that touch me. I am getting care in Dallas now instead. I am finding that medical care in Amarillo really SUCKS!!!!
