I had put off hip replacement for YEARS, and finally got the right hip done 3 months ago. I can tell a big difference in my mobility and reduced pain. His office staff and nurses are kind, patient and ready to answer any questions you have. His post-surgical pain management protocol is comprehensive and kept me very comfortable, particularly in the first few weeks after surgery. Panhandle Surgical Hospital is also excellent - I was treated like "gold" before, during and after my surgery. My left total hip replacement is scheduled in September!

Dr. Crossnoe replaced my wives knee about 5 years ago and she has had great results so I decided to go back to him for my knee. It has been 120 days since Dr. Crossnoe replaced my right knee. I must say, the firs two months I endured quite a bit of pain and discomfort. However, for the past two to three weeks the pain has completely gone away. I still am experiencing some minor swelling and stiffness but am able to walk just fine. The knee is getting better every day. I cannot say enough about the care, and professional treatment I received from Dr. Crossnoe and his entire staff. They are very friendly and the wait time to see Dr. Crossnoe is minimal. If you are even thinking about having knee replacement, you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Crossnoe. He gave me great advice from the very beginning and was not pushy. He is very informative, he explains everything you need to know about your procedure and more. He took time to answer all questions and never once did I feel rushed. State of the Art office. I can't say enough good things about how well my surgery went April 6th. He let my husband and sister know how the surgery went afterwards and took time with them as well. He stopped by to check on me the next day and answered questions I had, and again he did not rush through things. I have never been in pain. When I text him to keep in touch he immediately gets right back to me. I have never been in any pain and will have my next one done in July. Not even asking me what brought me there, or she would have noticed I couldn't write because of my dominant writing hand was immobilized. Both of them were snap chatting and cutting up instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got to see someone they didn't take a thorough patient assessment which resulted in an incorrect documentation of my accident and a insurance conflict. I had to leave and go see a different doctor. Unless you are a rich sports injury they don't care.

It is just not the place to be so loud when people are in pain they don't want to hear loud noises it needs to be a calm, quiet atmosphere.
