Wow! So surprised to see one star. Everyone there was so helpful. We ordered tables, chairs, and table coverings as well as a canopy. They arrived on time and set up the canopy and set the chairs where we asked, as well as the tables! The event was great! We stacked everything back for the crew and they too arrived on time! There was a little mix up with the number of chairs but Renee made it right and was so very friendly! Thyra was so professional and assisted us in selecting the amount and style of everything! EPIC FAIL and WORST customer service. Waited ALL DAY for an "early" tent delivery. Six people took off work waiting for a tent that NEVER ARRIVED. No calls returned. The next day, they delivered the WRONG TENT. Invoice clearly indicated the correct tent size, the workers promised to come back with correct tent. WORKERS NEVER returned!! DAY of WEDDING, called on a Saturday. Was promised a manager would return my call. Thyra Alcaraz NEVER called after MULTIPLE calls to the office and "Emergency" lines went unanswered. The AC units that were delivered did NOT WORK! NEVER trust your important event to this company unless you want to go into full PANIC MODE. Demanded 50% refund. Needed a tent for a huge event through my office. This stuff isn't cheap, then they racked on a fee for the fire marshal inspection. They showed up late, didn't even finish setting up until after the party started, and never brought the paperwork required by the fire marshal, that we had paid for. When we called to talk about this, anticipating we'd be needing more tents in the future, both of the people were very rude and refused to budge on their failure to fulfill their part of the contract. We won't be using this company again. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle it and they didn't bother trying to maintain our business with them. Thanks but no thanks. read more

DO NOT use this company. They are terrible! I wish I would have read the reviews first. The tent had so many leaks that we might have well been standing in the rain. At first, they were unresponsive, then came a fixed some of the leaks but the tent continued to leak the next day from simple condensation. When we got some wind, the side fell off and all of the zip ties holding the roof panel broke. The irony... $700 dollar rental. The people next to us had a commercial grade ez-up tent. 1 Star is being generous. I booked them for chairs and lighting for my wedding. I paid extra for a Sunday delivery of a specific colored chair and specific seat color. We scheduled a delivery for noon for a 5pm wedding but they didn't showed on time. Their lack of showing held up the rest of the room setup and we had to then have the hotel do the lighting for us. After more than 4 people leaving multiple messages and basically stalking them because they never returned our calls, one of us finally got through and they showed up at 4pm with the wrong colored chairs that were damaged and had the paint chipping off. We refused to accept the poor condition of the chairs, so we had them remove them and never used them and was forced to use the hotels chairs instead which did not match the theme of the wedding. They did refund us our money but never once apologized for their screw ups or lack of professionalism. read more

We rented a tent and paid if full prior to our sons and daughter in-laws wedding. It was in the in the east mountains and there had been snow. They placed the tent on six inches of snow and it was completely unusable. Can you imagine asking a bride to drag her wedding dress though the snow? We were even unable to get the chairs to sit straight let alone get people in wheel chairs into the ten. Instead of calling and asking it that was okay the said they simply took direction from someone on site. I guess you cant expect them to use common sense when setting up your tent. We rented a 20x30 tent, tables, and chairs for our wedding. Everything arrived on time and the tent was set up in a timely manner the day before our wedding. Only complaint would be none of the chairs were wiped down and some were really dirty, so we cleaned them ourselves. Other than that great price for the service, would rent from them again. read more

Placed an order 2 weeks in advance of a baby shower for round tables with holes and umbrellas, linens with holes for the umbrellas, 2 banquet tables, chairs, and more linens. At delivery the round tables had no holes, and no umbrellas, linens were without umbrella holes...delivery guy, (who was great) took back wrong tables and linens, and came back with correct tables and linens, and umbrellas! Sad thing is 2 of the 4 umbrellas had broken/missing support beams, the white chairs are dirty/old, with some seat cushions that were repaired with tape coming off. The tables were beat-up plywood but sufficed after covering with the linens. As much as I paid for this, I would expect Albuquerque Tents can afford nice/newer stuff. And I'm glad I caught the mess up with no umbrellas that the lady who took my order said it was her bad. No, I will not recommended this company to anyone. Sorry. read more

We rented from Albuquerque tents for an outdoor wedding, I was happy that they were going to drop off the equipment on Friday because the wedding was on Saturday and would give us a day to decorate. The time slot that was given was BETWEEN 8am - 12pm, I arranged for friends and family to help set up who most arrived by 10am, when the equipment had still not arrived at 12, the first call was made, we were told that the equipment would arrived within an hour, and an hour later the second call was made, and again we were told that the equipment would be there in hour, one more call and an hour and half later the equipment finally arrived. By this point I had asked to speak with the manager, I have had people waiting day, he said he would give me a 20% discount.however, when the equipment arrived my frustration grew, when I saw the equipment my stomach twisted. The tables were in horrible condition, the edges were broken and rough, some of the table tops were barely hanging on and felt like if someone were to put anything on top it would break. One of the table's legs were literally being held together by wire and almost fell during the reception. The "portable bar" had two tables with a table skirt that was too small. And the tents had large nails sticking out of the holes that should have had metal pins or pegs.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES. I am also still waiting for my discounted amount! I would recommend dealing with a company that keeps their word and that has a little integrity! read more
