No apology. No help in finding my medication. While I understand they are in the business of making money, I also think they should be in the business of taking care of customers. I'm unsure why a pharmacist would deny a diabetic their medication with no warning or further explanation than we "lose money." I do not recommend them, and I will never fill any other prescription there.
