Sales defective products and will not replace them. They sold a box of 5 coils 2 of which did not work and the employees would not replace the obviously defective coils. The first one and third one just made my ecigg blink. Would not even test the defective coils. Was told by the employees they didn't care that I spent a lot of money there on a weekly basis and said me the customer should leave the store. They always replaced the defective coils before so one can surmise as this happens frequently that they buy cheap Chinese made knock offs read more

I wouldn't have even given it the one star if I could have given 0. The owner is a racist asshole. Even before the public racial slurs he has sold many friends of mine horrible vape gear and when it breaks a day later they refuse to compensate. He sold another friend a Sony batter claiming it to be a vtc4. For those who don't know, depending on how you vape that would blow your face off. I hope this company and its racist owner goes under. Sent my sister to get me some 30 amp VTC3S they sold her some 5 amp panasonics.... told her they was the new Sony vtc3s.
