AKA " Alchemy Smoke Shop " Essentially a souvenir shop of the incense , hot topic style clothing , t shirts and other trinkets of not high value sort . Now there is a market for this type of merchandise and I can appreciate that , but customer service is often very poor . Make sure you know the return policy before buying . I DEFINITELY would look elsewhere, or make sure to really review an artists portfolio as you would with any shop . . My children have gone here and the quality of the tattoo has been inconsistent to very poor . See photo of a tattoo that the artist admitted was not good and it clearly isn't , and no solution was offered . read more

Jesus Christ please please don't ever go here they are extremely unprofessional the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life I'm surprised this place is still in business and I am not the first to say so. I had three piercings done, my septum which is completely pierced incorrectly through my cartilage The piercer did not even line me up make markings feel around for my sweet spot she just went right in and stuck the needle through me I could feel the needle going through every single layer of my skin by the way when a septum piercing is pierced through your cartilage it can never heal I got double nostril piercings, on the left side of my nose the skin is turning some sort of weird greenish color I'm assuming due to cheap quality jewelry I called the next day to speak with the owner they told me to call the day after that so I did. so this morning I called to speak with the owner and one of the employees answered refused to let me speak to the owner and gave me the worst attitude imaginable she was so unprofessional it makes me sick she either needs to be taught some more proper training or should be fired because that's unacceptable to treat your customers that way 0 stars! read more

I found Alchemy a few months ago when I was in search of a place to get my septum pierced. I had such a great experience that since then I've been back to buy more jewelry and also get a tattoo. All of the staff that I've encountered have been very friendly and helpful, and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo and my piercing. It's a good store. Has a little something for everyone you would be surprised. It's worth going to if you like Halloween smoking supplies and rock bands or hippie clothing and wind sock type things. Some home and garden things too. The business is privately owned by a woman who LOVES to talk to anyone about her problems next door but other than that its good. Just bring a lot of cash because you'll pay more than you would at Wal-Mart for a T-shirt but it's a better degree of fabric so it's worth it. I try to shop, bank, work and eat local to keep my money local and in smaller pockets. But this place has officially lost my business. Apart from being completely ignorant to their own products they can add poor customer service to this bad review. I went there yesterday, and thought she grabbed the correct size product I needed, bagged it up sent me on my way. No receipt (my fault) but went back 2 hours later, to return it. Completely untouched, unused and still wrapped. Another poorly educated staff member said she couldn't return it. She then tried but couldn't get ahold of the owner to help her resolve this issue. Left my name, number and info to be contacted and heard nothing. Went back today and was told I could get store credit then and there for what I bought and that was it. I did not have time to shop the store and was told I'd have to wait to find out if I could come back at another time. I said no thanks and stormed out. People had warned me about their poor customer service, sadly now I have learned it first hand. Customer lost over $25. Happy Birthday to me. read more

I wouldn't get a tattoo or piercing here, I checked out the portfolios and they are not the greatest. They have band t-shirts, purses, stickers, incense, etc. Their products are not the best quality. read more
