I did contact Rotel and they told me they haven't heard from Joe for months and that he was retiring. I paid him his fee, with no receipt or report when I asked for it, he said he would email me, that was April 25, 2025. I contacted Joe again on May 2, 2025, he was on holidays, and would send in two week when he gets back. June 20, 2025 today and still nothing, terrible service.
