This was not acceptable therefore I went to Uniway in Sherwood Park, and had very good experience with Jimmy. Brought my iPad mini here to replace shattered screen (payed $120). Brought it back the next day to complain. The guy who replaced the screen was very rude and seemed annoyed that I wanted it done again- correctly. He finally agreed to replace the screen again. Screen looked better the second time (no bubbles or scratches), however, after a day or two later and the home button became loose and is getting stuck when pressed down again. Also, if I press down on the top of the screen you can hear a cracking noise. Not impressed, wouldn't go back, the man working there doesn't do quality work. Spend the extra money and bring your Apple products to Apple to get replaced correctly ! Lesson learned.
