I called the "office" number late -8:30 on a Saturday night to ask for an appointment/call back. He picks up his "office" number, begins to berate me, threatening, and swearing very aggressively, F bombs -all because I called late! I was shocked, never been sworn like that in my life and especially for something so petty! I think he may have been inebriated...which is an oxymoron considering he's installing interlock systems. He reacted like I called his "cell/home" number! Normally you're able to leave a message for an "office" late at night. They ASK you to leave a message and TELL you they will pick it up in the MORNING. Off. His. Rocker. After getting it installed and being told to bring in back in 2 months for calibration I was told that they would not refund me my lost income. Then in November, after one month of installation they turned off my vehicle because they claimed I missed a Calibration appointment that was supposed to be December 28th. They demanded that I paid $80 to turn my vehicle back on to bring it into get calibrated. After trying to get this fixed through communication they refused. Every time I called them to try to get this resolved their fees started stacking up. I just paid $1,055 to have them remove their machine.

I went to this company in December of 2012 to get a breathalyzer installed, not only was the…read moreservice horrible but both technicians installed the device incorrectly so when I drove all the way back to get it fixed they loosened my ignition switch because they have no idea what they are doing, when I complained about all the damage they had done to my vehicle, the head technician Able who is also the owner, which I had to find out from the BAR after I filed a complaint with them, said if I brought my car to a mechanic and he said it was Autosenses fault they would reimburse me. I brought my car to a mechanic an he confirmed all the extra wiring in my car, the loose screws, the duck tape that was added and the crack in my dash was all from the work autosense did. I went back to get my money, they refused saying the mechanic lied and they no longer wanted to help me anymore. I then filed a small claims case in civil court, and I ended up settling out with him for way more then he had to pay, if he would have just been legit and a good owner of a business but instead he wanted to be a scumbag and try and rip me off because he did not think I would take further legal action. I also reported this company to the BBB(Better Business Bureau) and more important the BAR(Bureau of Automotive Repair) They handle situations like this. Everything is now settled after 5 months of problems and I encourage anyone else who has problems with this company to fight for your rights, complain to the BBB and BAR. So this company can no longer take advantage of customers who are just trying to do the right thing and follow the law.
