This one favors Nici more NOT descendants ( he pays himself more then the income beneficiaries get in our case). NEXT the court get the new language not the old which is in fact "express" wishes of the grantor ., be alert he is bad bad bad . I'm in a lawsuit now and it's over denying me my "accustomed manor of living" and hems provisions back to 2018... and his discretionary decisions are very much in question / he is a crook and a liar.
