David Ged was terrific to work with. Very professional, responsive and reasonable. I highly recommend his firm.

Turned brother against brother , in our case ., as well as - sons against fathers ., he is low low low down . Distributions that are his discretion only are then given to other beneficiaries as to protect his trusteeship. Essentially turning them all against ONE ? It's a farce and a costly one at that! It seem unethical or should be down right illegal. Trusts that are deemed irrevocable had better not stay in nici office or they will magically change at the time of death. Make numerous NUMEROUS copies as he will get other attorneys to destroy it on you and your sticky point blank ( embarrassed) with his newest garbage. This one favors Nici more NOT descendants ( he pays himself more then the income beneficiaries get in our case). NEXT the court get the new language not the old which is in fact "express" wishes of the grantor ., be alert he is bad bad bad . I'm in a lawsuit now and it's over denying me my "accustomed manor of living" and hems provisions back to 2018... and his discretionary decisions are very much in question / he is a crook and a liar.
