The reason for 3 stars is the pickup. Its a disaster. The parking lot is too small, not enough spaces. Inside customers are always parking in what few spots there are. I understand that Kroger can't force them to leave, but there needs to be a better system. I would suggest have a number on every spot in the lot, that way you could park wherever and still get your groceries. I will say once we did get parked they got the stuff out pretty quick. Oh, and fuel bucks are pretty sweet!
