I was traveling with members of my youth group to camp and we needed to make a lunch stop. The challenge is finding safe places to eat for those in our group who have Celiacs. We found Sauced. It's a bit off the highway, but so worth it! Those with celiacs absolutely loved their gluten free pizzas. The rest of us enjoyed amazing pizza, pasta, and salads. The crust for the regular pizza was probably one of the best pizza crusts I've ever had. It was perfect! The cheese and toppings were delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad, as well. The staff at Sauced was so gracious and patient and kind with my large group of people for a Monday afternoon. The kids were asking to go there again on our way home - but the timing didn't quite work out. The prices were also really great! I HIGHLY recommend Sauced if you're traveling on 75 in southern KY and in need of a safe GF place to eat. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling through that area! read more

First timer at this place. We drove from Somerset to give it a try. We ordered our make your own large pizza and cheese sticks. Price was about 30 bucks. Cheese sticks came out quickly and the pizza a few minutes later. The homemade sauce for the cheese sticks was reallY good and had a little kick but no heat. The pizza was great but the crust was a little thin. We didn't complaint but the manager came over and said he was throwing us a free pizza in the oven to take home because the crust stuck to the pan before he brought it to the table! Over all we were really happy with the food and even received a free pizza because it didn't meet their standards! We also got a side of pesto sauce thaT was exceptional on the cheese sticks. I have a gluten intolerance and rarely, IF EVER, do I get asked any further questions after I request something to be gluten free. Not only was I asked if it was an allergy, but the staff changed gloves and utensils and took special precautions to prevent cross contamination. I cannot tell you how much this means to a person with gluten intolerance. Thank you so much for making me a delicious and safe pizza!! read more

Fresh pizza that is great they way you want it! Salads are good too, service is always fast and the place is always clean.

It truly saddens me to have to type this, but this morning is the final straw. The food at both locations is GREAT! HOWEVER, something in their handling and/or sanitation must be off. Every time we have been to either their London or Pineville location we all get very sick. I had sworn the place off after 2-3 trips with this happening. I had 5 business associates with me yesterday in Pineville and without thinking we stopped in, needing a decent quick serve meal. 2 had to return to Atlanta after the visit, others to Lexington. Evidently it hit them on their way home and made for terrible road travel. I didn't get sick until approx. 4 am. As I write this I'm in misery, with every stomach symptom one could have. We had a day trip to several distilleries, including a private tasting at Buffalo Trace, but I'm in bed now. I want to love Sauced. It's local, it's a neat concept (subway but pizza), and it's quick service. As long as everyone I know, my own friend/family circle, and business guests get sick from the food, we won't be going back for a long time, if ever. read more

I always like to support the independent over big corporate installations. Up till yesterday Sauced has been our weekly fix on Pizzas. Ordered 3 and cheese sticks. All 3 had soggy crusts and the toppings were severley lacking. Could see the sauce through the sprinkle of cheese. Italian sausage has been reduced to kibble sized balls. I always feel so comfortable while I'm eating there. It's like a family atmosphere and the food is so good!. Doesn't take but a few minutes to get your ready hot pizza or pasta that's delicious also. Staff is always so friendly and ready to help you in any way they can. I just love Sauce! It's a great place to eat. read more

My family and I decided to pop in on a Saturday night and there was a moderately long like to the counter. We stood in like for at least 30 minutes to order. I ordered a pasta and my family ordered a pizza and cheese bread to share. While ordering an employee dumped a jar or red sauce into the compartment and it slathered all over my shirt. Nearly an hour after getting to my seat the waiter brought two pizzas that were not what we ordered and for the next 15 minutes he kept bringing us pizzas trying to find ours. The manager told us that they had to remake our pizza because we ordered sundried tomatoes which always burn. My pasta finally arrived two hours after we got in the door. The food it self was delicious but the service was outrageous. I will not be returning. read more

Sauced is a fresh option for solid Italian food. I've tried the Off the Chain pizza and Buffalo Clucker on several different occasions. The pizza is consistently delicious! My family has ordered salads and pastas as well. The topping options are endless! We've really enjoyed our visits. I'm glad to have Sauced in London! read more

They seemed to have added a 16" pizza during Covid along with the personal pizzas they have always had. They offer a gluten free option. They offer lots of toppings - vegetables and meats. We like this place! It's a great addition to downtown London. We enjoy the salads too! read more

When coming in the store today, I was dismayed when I saw only one person working. There were multiple costumers inside, and a group of maybe three girls "working". The guy working was working himself to death while the lady's just gossiped together. This speaks wonders about kids work ethics now a days... the one gentlemen working was very courteous and prompt though! Two stars. read more

I have been to the restaurant 3 times. First visit was wonderful, pizza was great and obviously that was the teaser. My second trip resulted in a pizza that was under cooked. Same pizza as the first visit but my dough was raw. Third visit we tried the pasta and I can say Chef Boyardee has a leg up on their food. Will not go back read more
