Aldi's has some great deals on various food items (snacks, frozen, produce, snacks) and some other items as well. They offer competitive prices by limiting the number of workers, hours they're open, and displaying products in boxes instead of nicely restocking the shelves. It's a model that works to keep prices down and the long lines show that people are willing to shop in those conditions. I stopped in while I was next door at Ace as I've been reading about some of the vegan options they had. They had a vegan mozzarella and some nice frozen veggie burgers that looked good. They also have a nice assortment of meats, sausages, cheeses, wine, dry goods, etc. and probably enough to keep any kitchen stocked. Some items were gone completely from the shelves as they looked bare, but it's a relatively small store and it was crazy busy. Having just restocked my freezer, I didn't have room for anything and didn't want to wait in the long line for the 2 items I had picked up. I'll definitely be back when my stock runs low. And I'll probably try to avoid it on the weekend. It may be a run out at lunch type of place.

I possess mixed feelings on Aldi's. On one hand there are some true finds and great price points, however there can be long lines due to limited cashiers, there is no phone number to even call a particular location, customer service is often lacking, they can be somewhat dirty, and more. The stores can also seem like a culinary Odd Lots, offering off name brands and seeming items bought at closeouts. All of the detriments I listed above are created out of an attempt at cost savings. I am sorry, but the thought of not having a phone line in your location is beyond a savings cost and stands in arrogant reverence to the bottom line. With that being said, there are some decent reasons to head to Aldi's. One of them is a particular bread that is synonymous with Philadelphia and anyone who spent time in the City of Brotherly Love holds it in a reverence akin to, well, akin to Aldi's reverence to the bottom line and saving pennies here and there. Amoroso's has been making bread and rolls in Philadelphia since 1904 and have created a roll that sets the bar on what a roll should be for those in Philly and the surrounding area. Aldi's has them at a great price (under $3 a package). Amoroso's rolls are enough to keep me walking through those doors.

First time for me to shop at this particular Aldi. I shop the Aldi in my neighborhood quite regularly. Ran into this Aldi to pick up some bottled water for my son who is a UCF student and lives off campus but doesn't have a car. He goes through a lot of bottled water so I'm looking for the cheapest price. Aldi has the lowest price on bottled water, hands down. This store was very clean, organized, and the check out moved very quickly even though it was a busy Saturday morning when I shopped here.

Still 5 stars since I can't bump it up another notch. They have their staples like Chicken Parm, Lasagna, Bolognese, Shrimp Fry Diavolo, Puttanesca , Piccata, Gnocchi, and a variety of delicious pizzas and appetizers. There are too many to name. This restaurant can stand on their own with their standards. Where they stand out is with their specials. The chef here is always innovating and trying some new dishes. I wish I could get a notification of what's on the menu each night. I've had some amazing surprises with the taste and presentation of these dishes. And when they have wedding soup (Christmas time), I definitely make sure I go. I feel like part of the family when I go here. They always recognize us and some of the staff even resembles member of my extended Italian family. They cook better than my Italian grandma (shhhh, don't tell her). They also just opened a sister restaurant (Amalfi) down the block so they're taking over Avalon Park! I've been here a lot and plan on going a lot more. Some of the best Italian food in Orlando! So glad it's close to my house!

I have to stop myself from eating too much of it so that I don't kill my appetite for dinner! Their dinner portions are huge, I always have leftovers for the next day. Everything my family and I got was delicious. My husband really liked this entree that was one of the daily specials a couple months ago.. I was so impressed that the server asked the chef if they could make it tonight for my husband and they said yes! What a treat and so thoughtful. The dining room is quaint and server was so friendly, you really feel like family when dining there. We will be back soon!

I'm honestly both happy and sad that I found this place. The customer service was amazing! I did not get the name of the girl the first time I went, but the last time I went, I was helped by Kevin and he was awesome! Both workers helped me with any questions I had. I went with the dark Vietnamese coffee, and it was so good! I might even venture to say one of the best I've ever had... and I've had a lot of Vietnamese coffees from a lot of different places. The shop is clean and decorative. It is very calm and comfortable. I should know because I got caught in a rain storm and lounged on the couch for a minutes sipping my coffee... even though Kevin offered me an umbrella. I did eventually take him up on that, and he even walked me to my car to retrieve the umbrella! I've never had customer service like that from a tea shop! Or anywhere actually lol. My girlfriend loves their Boba and she says is the best she's ever had. She gets it in her Thai tea. The last Vietnamese coffee I had (because I went three days in a row ) was so good that I forgot to even take a picture. I know it was a dark Vietnamese coffee with a salted foam on top...think I may have added hazelnut as well. Oh! So why am I sad? This is the only location in the southeast and I don't even live in Florida let alone Oviedo/Orlando area. So if you get the chance...GO THERE! They have so many other things I didn't even get a chance to try. I can assure you if I'm ever back in town this will be one of my first stops. Also (no shade) but this was WAY better than another coffee shop that is known for is Vietnamese coffee in Winter Park. sorry not sorry but I was legit annoyed I wasted a visit there.

We got two drinks, a dark Vietnamese coffee and a panda chai tea. The cups were so cute with their red panda logo and a fun phrase on top. The drinks were tasty: the coffee was strong and the chai was nice. We also liked that they didn't overload the cups with ice, so you got a good amount of coffee/tea. The boba was firm and chewy and the coffee jelly was delicious!
