While she was there speaking with the owner, she picked up some menus and distributed them. I was very impressed by what they offer. So when I was in that plaza for lunch this week, I decided to finally stop by myself and get a smoothie for lunch. I got the PB & Blue. When I asked, what type of milk they put in their smoothie, she said that it's just water based, which made my lactose intolerance self so happy. They were very friendly upon entering, and the storefront is very welcoming. I sipped the first taste on my walk across the parking lot, and immediately put my fist in the air in case they were watching from inside because I wanted them to know how amazing it tasted. I can't even describe how good this was. I almost drank the whole thing on the five minute ride back to work. They have a loyalty program which is awesome as well. I will say I'll definitely be trying to make at least a weekly trip out to visit this business because that smoothie for lunch was just absolutely perfect for me.

The cashier actually checked my bills to make sure they were real (I'm traveling from Canada and exchanged my money straight from a major Canadian bank so I'm not sure why they looked 'fake'). On the plus side I got gas, I guess... Not exactly convenient but at least there is an entrance off of Burnt Store Road.

This strip mall really needed a coffee spot. The interior is warm, and inviting, making it a great place to sit and relax. They're still getting fully set up, with outdoor seating on the way, but the shaded area outside is going to be a huge plus once tables and chairs arrive. As expected from Foxtail, the coffee quality is excellent. Since they roast their own beans, you can really taste the difference. Over the past week, everything we've tried, from dark roast drip coffee to cappuccinos and iced cold brew has been consistently well made. This location already feels like a well-run coffeehouse and a go-to spot for the community.

During my visit to Florida, I think I ended up visiting about 4 times. During my visits, I purchased pre packaged peanut brittle, fresh baked cinnamon roll ($1.99), hand scooped ice cream (I believe a double scoop was $2.99), an acai bowl ($6.99) and a made fresh to order English muffin sandwich ($3.99). All of the staff was very friendly and didn't dilly dally. Everything was very good. I will definitely be visiting again when I'm in Florida.
