I don't write reviews normally. But if I could go lower than 1 star, I would! One particular member of the staff, whom I believe to be the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE! I was minding my own, bagging groceries and using the paper bags that need to be paid for. My boyfriend, my two young daughters and I were very thrown off when a woman from the staff with long dark hair approached me with a snarly attitude about the bags. She rudely says "You know you gave to scan and pay for those bags, right! They're not free!". I explained to her that I know and am there everyday, either personal or doing Instacart. She continues to reiterate that "well the bags still aren't free!" In a condescending, snarky tone. I felt completely embarrassed by the busy, full store looking directly at me and my family as she was insinuating I was going to STEAL PAPER BAGS! I can't even describe how uncomfortable my family and I felt. And FUNNY & IRONIC that in that completely packed store, every checkout full, we were the only ones that she said this to! Why? Because I have tattoos and piercings and everyone else there was clean cut? Do I "look" like a paper bag theif? I felt targeted, embarrassed and really upset with this experience. I've NEVER had an issue in the store before. The young gentleman who works there gives my little girls stickers, etc. But this lady is absolutely rude and shouldn't be managing a store with that attitude towards customers. I usually don't write bad reviews, but the store in Wareham, MA is as bad as it gets. Personal with a terrible attitude, encouraged by the manager on duty. (Cashier called the manager, because she was told "no reason to be rude" (lady in front of me had not yet vacated the cardreader area... cashier started scanning everything in an aggresive manner and put items back on the conveor belt, therefor I started packing my bag... only to be scolded to pay first, although cardreader was not clear to access... I asked what the difference was and was told by the cashier that she had other things to do. All customers in line were stunned by her poudy attitude, especially after calling the manager to complain about the customer (me). Selection in this store is sparse, basics are often sold out, and most of the time the bottle return is blocked or not working. Feels like the customer should be grateful to be allowed to shop at this store. I've been coming here for many years, because it is close to my house, but I started shopping across the street at Walmart, since it is not worth experiencing the rudeness pretty much every visit. The customer service was never an issue when Aldi opened their doors in 2017, but service has drastically declined around 2023. I have never experienced the kind of rudeness at other Aldi locations. read more

I really love some of the finds I get from Aldi, and the prices are so much better than most places. The only downside I find, if you find something you like, get a bunch because chances are, it'll disappear by the next time you shop, but it actually keeps things interesting too. read more

The variety is always wonderful and the prices very reasonable. Fun to shop through the seasonal items and specialties.

I might be a bit obsessed with Aldi - if I see one, I stop if I have time. And, I did have time as we saw the sign as we were randomly driving around the area just seeing what was around since we don't go toward the cape very often. Nice and clean, and aisles were very wide which was nice. It was busy but you never felt cramped. Check-out could have been a bit faster but that's how it goes in every Aldi store. I was happy because they had great prices on brisket. Very cheap compared to what you find in other grocery stores. I've never had a problem with meat from Aldi although sometimes produce goes bad too fast. Picked up two briskets, a pork roast kit (for only $6.99) and their apple strudel bread which is super yummy. read more

The prices and the quality of food are very good. The customer service, however leaves much to be desired. I understand there is minimal staffing and people have several duties.When interacting with customers, this is not an excuse for associates being rude. The store desperately needs self check out lines. read more

This place is the worst. ALDIs has a lot of nerve to make customers put in a quarter to use a shopping cart. If I was a store with so few shoppers as ALDI, I'd be GIVING my customers quarters. I mean the audacity. You know you're not target, you know you're not stop&shop. As a little, irrelevant guy you need to make a difference in the little things. While you might not be able to find everything you need for your household here, it is a great 'in between' to shop for snacks, cheap fruit and veg, and frozen stuff. I was impressed by how clean the store is, and once you get their quirks (no bagging during checkout, bring a quarter for a cart, the inventory varies by week) it is a great place to go. I found deals on prosciutto, nuts, cookies, and deli cheeses. So glad I want! read more

This place is such an addition to this area. I shop Aldis in Florida twice a week. Great to have Aldi so close - plus great team!

A great place to get all the essentials for families on a budget. No-frills shopping and very easy to get in and out. You have to bring a quarter to get a carriage (you get it back after if you return the cart to it's spot), bring (or buy) your bags, and bag it yourself. There is no deli or bakery, everything is ready to be sold when it gets shipped in. All these things cut down on the amount of employees needed to run the store, putting the money back in your pocket! (You just have to put in a little effort with the bagging and carriage, but it's worth it when you cut your weekly grocery bill by ~20%. If you're looking for an inexpensive and efficient place to shop, this is it. There are also a lot of gluten-free, antibiotic-free, organic options! read more

Excellent prices, great quality food and customer service is awesome. I couldn't find a quarter in my bag to use a cart, the woman at check out gave me one and just asked I return it myself! If you don't like anything you can bring it back for a full refund. Its worth the 45 minute trip from Cape Cod for cheap but quality groceries! read more
