NO PATIENT CARE: After four conversations with the office staff, they made the wrong type of…read moreappointment, misled me about the type of appointment, billed me for it (which insurance should have covered, if they had scheduled the physical wellness exam I asked for), AND DENIED a prescription refill for necessary medication when I questioned the billing. They have delayed returning phone calls and denied to let me talk to anyone in charge in a timely fashion, to make sure it goes past the payment due deadline. The office manager keeps varying the excuses for why this error happened. At some points she has said that it's that a new patient can't have a physical on the first visit, despite my specifically asking that question. But then other times she says it's because I needed a prescription, again despite the fact that I specifically asked both the receptionist and the doctor if that could be discussed at a physical. So they won't tell you true information when you ask, and if you question what they bill you for, they deny you service, and they do NOT care about patient care at all, they just want your money and your insurance company's money too. The receptionist said I could have a physical on the first visit but the office manager said no, it had to be two separate visits because they want to get paid for as many visits as possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE - they do NOT care about your health.
