I saw the sign Ale Hop, and i thought it's something to do with beer. When I walked closer I saw a big cow figure by the door. Okay, maybe it's an ice cream place? Ha ha, who'd have thought, this is a gift shop/dollar store. The merchandise reminds me a lot of Mini-so in Asia. Kind of like a dollar store, but with an emphasis on Kawaii (Cute) in their merchandise. They have a little bit of this and that, sunglasses, flip-flops, umbrellas, cushions, mugs, jewelries, hats, scarves, bags, toys, USB cables, chargers, kitchen gadgets... you get the idea. I think this chain originated in Spain. Over all, nice, clean store with friendly if a bit aggressive salespeople. read more

Terrible customer service staff conned us products priced up wrong short changed me then wouldn't give us a refund. Avoid at all costs

Awful service when returning a faulty device. Staff swearing there was nothing wrong with it despite them actually demonstrating the problem. Don't expect to have to argue 15 minutes to be able to get €10 back from a faulty object... or be told I'm making things up, as if returning cheaply made products is my favourite hobby?! read more
