When Richard came out to do the job, he pointed out that there were lots of other places on our house that were moldy, especially under the eaves (soffits), and recommended that we have him clean the entire exterior of our house, which we agreed to. He spent the entire day cleaning our house, didn't even take lunch, and did a masterful job! Our roof is beautiful and looks brand new, and the whole house looks spotless. The balusters on our second-story balconies are the whitest they have ever been. He even cleaned all the lizard and spider droppings and old wasp nests off our balconies, window sills, and the underside of our porch overhang. And none of our plants died from the chemicals he used, unlike the last time we had our roof cleaned by a different company. Daniel used harsh chemicals on delicate surfaces, which caused extensive and expensive damage. The paint was stripped off my front door, my keyless entry system and one of my cameras were destroyed, and several plants and palms were killed. Even worse, there is now visible discoloration and damage to the paint on the siding around my entire home, areas that were in perfect condition before. When I brought these issues to his attention, Daniel reimbursed me for the door lock and camera, but he has refused to take responsibility for the widespread paint damage. What should have been a routine cleaning has turned into a stressful, costly ordeal. I'm now forced to hire other professionals to repair the damage he left behind. If you value your home and want peace of mind, I strongly advise against using this company. The work was unprofessional, the results were careless, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.
