When I looked at my methodical bridezilla (lol) spreadsheet review of florist pricing, I realized the one thing that wasn't there but mattered most: the fact that Dee REALLY took the time to listen to me and even hours on the phone to get my order for my wedding right. The result was A DREAM!!!! I barely knew what to say when they brought my bouquet in, and showed me the rest of the flowers, because in a year of planning and in the middle of one of the busiest days of my life with some things not going as planned, it was SO NICE to have this go right. My bouquet really made me feel like a princess and I even decided to keep it instead of repurposing it. I only wish I could have looked at it in it's full glory a little longer! This was after leaving Joyce Merek Florist (with a bad taste left in our mouths from all the rudeness we were just served up). My mom with a background in art immediately liked the shop when she entered.. She said the creativity this florist has is made very clear with the arrangements placed all around. The owner Carol was absolutely fabulous while listening to my mom design the arrangement she would like to have.. Carol offered up some ideas that my mom was very open to. Carol told us she does not like using filler flowers such as carnations. We did expect to pay a bit on the higher side, and we were okay with doing so if we received what we were looking for. Much to our surprise we spent no where close to what we had figured. My only suggestion would be if Carol had a very minimal example book made available. Something maybe showing the different types of flowers that she uses (since so many are not the common type). Thank you Carol for a job well done, and for what I feel as going above and beyond in making sure my mother and I were 100% satisfied in your work. Stop into this shop right on the corner of Washington in the square. You'll find more than arrangements in this little shop, and even if you don't leave with something at that time.. You're sure to return in the future.

The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but she helped me find a nice gift vase arrangement not too big to sit on my wife's desk. Ordering was easy and payed with credit card over the phone. The flowers were delivered today as planned and my wife texted me how much she loved them. She's a very busy manager and this made her day! She sent me a pic of the arrangement sitting on her desk. They charged my card 69.80 and sent a crappy arrangement that looked like something from Kroger for 14.99. When I called them about it, she argued with me and then admitted to charging me 50.00 for the flowers and 15.00 for delivery plus tax. She then told me she she would deliver something else to my mother free of charge to make up for it but of course nothing was delivered. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I chose these certain flowers because of the unique pastel colors. They were just so beautiful. Lana sent me a snapshot of my flowers that were to be delivered on the day of. When I saw the flowers, I was blown away because they looked even better than the photo on the website. I was very happy that she was able to send me a preview of what the flowers looked like because I've never had that done before.
