I counted the roses, I thought there were 4 but there are only 3 in the entire bouquet. It looks like they ran out of flowers and on the way to my house to deliver, so they filled the rest in with shrub leaves, ferns, and weeds off the side of the highway like I wouldn't notice. They didn't trim the leaves from the stems in the vase either so the water is just dirty leaf water. He also paid extra for a balloon which never came. He could have went to Publix and got a quality arrangement and balloon than what was sent. Value is extremely poor quality at this florist. You all should be ASHAMED! People are entrusting you to brighten up someone's day & you are doing just the opposite and embarrassing people with these catfish arrangements.
