While I bought with broker Joe B. here years ago with high…read moresatisfaction, I can't say the same of broker Peter H. who gave very very diffident, obviously dismissive service regarding merely submitting an offer. I viewed the property last Sunday and have come to expect such viewing brokers to know nothing about the property which I quickly confirmed by asking about the property condition about which he knew not. It's my customary smoke/litmus test of their knowledge of the property and thus whether they care thus whether they're trustworthy and whether I should trim costs to account for non-trustworthy sales pitches. A mere day later, I called asking for the offer submission method as every broker and their attached office is a bit different about paperwork. I could totally sense he was so totally dismissive as he said that $720k was too low. He said he'd verbally edited it to the stated max of $740k if he ever presented the offer to the seller even though my form wouldn't reflect such a number. I later that day submitted an offer via his emailed JotForm, an online PDF filling service. I called to say I'd done so and to ask whether to expect a response. He said he'd present the offers thusfar that day and so later that evening he'd tell me how to proceed with other offers I'd put on hold for this one. He said nothing that evening, as expected as his word isn't credible, so the next day I called to be sure and he said oh yes of course he didn't really do anything but to expect a no. What kind of a lazy broker says that? To be yet more sure, I quickly edited the JotForm to rescind the offer. I'll send the fixed 3% commissions to another selling broker as my best response.

This was still not enough and I was being asked for a third guarantor before the management company gave up on my application. This process took over two weeks. What started off as a great application for an amazing apartment became an arduous task with pathetic results. Had chase provided us with the necessary credentials for the apartment our application process would have been sooner. Instead they took forever, barely corresponded in regards to the situation, and let our money flaunted. Do not bother with these realtors. They are an incredibly inexperienced and unreliable real estate practice.
